We strive for better for people living with rare diseases and cancer, and also for our employees who work on their behalf, and that is reflected in our Total Rewards approach to benefits. Our team continuously looks to find ways to enhance support for our employees and their families. We offer competitive compensation, 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision, 25 well-being time off days, and much more. Compensation

SpringWorks offers competitive base salary, a discretionary annual bonus, and equity eligibility for all employees.

Medical, Dental, Vision

SpringWorks provides a generous premium subsidy which covers the full cost for employees and dependents (up to age 30 years old) who are enrolled in any of the medical plan options which include low deductible PPO, EPO and a HDHP plan.

Work Life Balance

SpringWorks employees earn 25 well-being time off days in their first full calendar year of employment (increases with tenure), 12 paid holidays, and a winter break shutdown. We also provide a total health well-being solution that is designed to support all employees.

Retirement Savings

SpringWorks provides employees with 3 different ways to contribute to 401k (pre-tax, ROTH, and after-tax), with an employer match of 50% of employee contributions (up to 5% of eligible pay) to pre-tax and/or ROTH.

Basic Life & AD&D

SpringWorks provides a basic life and AD&D benefit of 2x annual earnings up to a maximum of $1M.

Family Planning

Eligible SpringWorks employees receive up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave, prorated until one year of service. Company paid access to support through fertility and preconception, pregnancy and postpartum, adoption, surrogacy, and early pediatrics is also provided.

Disability

SpringWorks’ short-term disability plan provides coverage for 66.67% of the employee’s salary up to $15,000 per month. The long-term disability plan also provides 66.67% of salary.

Voluntary Benefits

SpringWorks provides access to supplemental life, legal services, pet insurance, accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness insurance and more.
